About Me

The Full Story

Spending my life taking care of my special needs sister, I learned the gravity of empathy and strength. My mom gave me the nickname “guardian angel” after taking the time growing up as her caretaker. It truly has stuck with me and embodies the approach I take in all aspects of my life. I walk through each day with compassion, determination, and a devotion to helping others.

As a Psychology major with a Minor in Marketing at the University of Miami, I have merged my passion for understanding others with my abilities in creativity and communication. My time spent studying abroad in Rome, Italy, and Madrid, Spain, advanced my international perspective, while my internships at the University of Miami marketing department and Chrysalis Health equipped me with skills to convert purpose into action.

Beyond my academic achievements, I have spearheaded projects such as Doctors in Armor, where I raised funds to donate over 500 KN95 masks to hospitals throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic. Additionally, I have provided inputs and guidance to the board of the Miami Learning Experience School, where I aim to have a positive impact on the lives of special needs children and adults.

Each part of my journey is directed by purpose and inspired by the notion that any person, no matter their story, can make change.
